How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We respond to all messages within a few hours on weekdays (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM IST). If you message on a Sunday or public holiday, we will reply the next working morning. For urgent order queries, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.
Can I track my order without contacting support?
Yes — use the Track Order page. Enter your order number (starts with PP-) and email address to see real-time dispatch and delivery status. Tracking typically activates 2–4 hours after dispatch.
What if my prints arrived damaged?
Take a photo of the damaged print and the packaging, then email us at support@printpolaroid.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will reprint and reship at no cost. See our full returns policy for details.
Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. We handle bulk orders for events, weddings, corporate gifting, and school/college projects. Orders above 100 prints qualify for bulk pricing — contact us via the form above or call us directly to discuss your requirements and get a custom quote.
