Shipping policy
Information about our shipping and delivery process.
We dispatch every order from our printing studio in RT Nagar, Bengaluru. Orders placed before 1:00 PM on weekdays ship the same day. Weekend orders go out first thing Monday morning. Here is everything you need to know about how your prints travel from us to you.
Processing time
All orders are processed and shipped on the same day of payment confirmation. Orders placed after cut-off time will be shipped the next business day.

Cost: ₹100 flat (all orders)
Express shipping
Status: Temporarily unavailable due to unreliable delivery partners
Price when re-enabled: ₹130
Which shipping should I choose?
Choose standard shipping if…
Your event is more than 3 days away, or you are ordering prints to decorate a room, journal, or album where exact arrival timing is flexible. Standard shipping covers all of India at ₹100 flat — the best value for most orders.
Choose express shipping if…
Express shipping is currently paused because our delivery partners have not been reliable enough. For now, all orders go through standard shipping at ₹100 flat across India.

Packaging
All prints are securely packed between 2 pieces of 7-ply sturdy cardboard to prevent any damage during transportation. Your memories are safe with us!
What if my prints arrive damaged?
Despite our cardboard packaging, rare courier mishaps can happen. If your prints arrive bent, wet, or damaged in any way, photograph the damage and contact us at support@printpolaroid.com or WhatsApp +91-9164210205 within 7 days of delivery.
We will reprint and reship at no cost to you. We do not ask for the damaged prints back. Replacement prints ship within 1 business day of your claim being confirmed.
Tracking information
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status on our Track Your Order page or through the courier partner's website.
International shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon. Stay tuned!
