Return & refund policy
Our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Every order at PrintPolaroid goes through a manual quality check before it ships. We inspect colour accuracy, print sharpness, and whether the crop matches what you submitted. Most issues are caught here — but occasionally something slips through or gets damaged in transit. This page explains exactly what happens when it does.
Return window
We offer a 7-day return window for damaged or defective items. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Custom products policy
Custom products (photo prints with uploaded images) are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged. This is because each custom product is made specifically for you.
If you receive a defective custom product, we'll replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect.

Common questions about print quality
My colours look different from my screen. Can I return it?
Screens (especially phone OLED displays) are significantly brighter and more saturated than printed paper. A vibrant blue on your phone will look more muted in print — this is normal and expected with any print service in the world. It is not a defect. We recommend using the "None" or "Warm" filter in our editor for photos where accurate colour matters. If you believe there is a genuine colour calibration error on our side (not a screen-vs-paper difference), contact us with a photo of the print next to a neutral white surface and we will assess it.
My print looks blurry or pixelated. What happened?
Blurriness almost always comes from a low-resolution source photo. Screenshots, compressed WhatsApp images, and old photos from basic cameras may look fine on screen but show grain at print resolution. We print at 300 DPI. A Mini print (3×2 inches) needs at least a 900×600 pixel source image; a Classic (4×3 inches) needs 1200×900. If you uploaded a high-resolution original and the print is still blurry, contact us and we will reprint.
Part of my photo is cut off at the edges.
Polaroid prints have a white border. Anything close to the edge of your photo in the editor preview will be partially hidden behind this border. We recommend cropping so the subject sits in the centre third of the frame. If you used our editor and the crop looked fine in the preview but the print is cropped differently, contact us — that is a bug we want to know about.
